Our recently opened Hotel Shirim (small charming Boutique Hotel) in Bentota has 5 tasteful furnished rooms, an open-air restaurant with view to the river, a beautiful therapyhouse and a pier for boats and is privately owned by my husband (Sri Lankan) and me (German, lived in Switzerland in the past).

Hotel Shirim impress among other things by an extraordinary architecture, harmonious colours, fantastic objects and a special energy which penetrates all in an agreeable and subtle way. But also the variety of plants in the garden, the furnitures made exclusively of massive wood and the extraordinary decors reveal our attention to detail and harmony.

The realization of Hotel Shirim took nearly 3 years and the idea behind was from the beginning to let come into being a “Spiritual Resort” – to create a place where body, mind and soul can extend and grow in harmony with the universe according to the current history of the mankind and the earth.
